One of the most difficult aspects of owning a trim shop is managing employees, especially when there’s conflict.
To help shop owners deal with such problems, SEMA is hosting a free webinar titled “Effectively Managing Conflict.”
“Conflict in the workplace is a common occurrence,” SEMA says on the event page. “When confronted with a challenge from a direct report, colleague or manager, knowing how to effectively handle the situation can save one from unnecessary work disruptions, decreased productivity, project failure, and even termination.”
The webinar will teach owners, managers and employees methods for how to handle challenging situations. The event will feature Executive Coach Julie Couret and be moderated by Rebeca Olavarietta of Roco 4×4.
