Webinar: It’s Time for Performance Reviews

June 3, 2022 By Nadeem Muaddi

The Hog Ring - Do You Conduct Performance Reviews

SEMA is hosting a free webinar on the importance of conducting performance reviews for employees.

“A productive performance review can have a significant impact on an individual’s career. Getting honest feedback and understanding performance targets is vital to ensuring positive growth,” SEMA says in the event description. “A successful performance review, however, is not simply up to a supervisor; employees play a critical role in ensuring that they receive the information they need during a performance review.”

The webinar will include tips on how to prepare, deliver and receive a successful performance review.

The event will feature Maru Trevizo, SEMA VP of Human Resources, and be moderated by Melissa Parker-Bordeaux of Oracle Lighting.

It will be held on June 16, 2022 at 2:00 pm ET / 11:00 am PT. Click here to register.

Great initiative! Controlling the labor productivity of employees is a relevant thing because people are the main value of the company. https://fluix.io/form-builder. Add them to your workflows to experience increased productivity and team effectiveness.
