The Hog Ring - Keyston Bros Opens Distribution Center in Houston

Did you know that Keyston Bros recently opened a massive distribution center in Houston, Texas?

The facility measures a whopping 53,000 square-feet and can hold 1.4 million yards or 790 miles of material. That’s enough to cover the entire width of Texas!

“You know what they say, ‘everything is bigger in Texas,’” joked Brooke Kahn, VP of marketing for Keyston Bros.

Best of all, the facility features a manufacturing center with two perforating machines and one double-sided quilting machine. This way, Keyston staff can customize orders.

Of course, this means Keyston’s reach and customer service is only going to get better. Equipped with a state-of-the-art warehouse management system, their staff can pick, pack and ship orders in record time. In fact, the distribution center can service any region of the continental United States within 3 to 4 business days.

“Our Houston facility is an industry game changer,” Kahn said. “We now have the capacity to receive over 40,000 yards and ship over 25,000 yards every day, with the ability to expand that dramatically in the coming years!”
