Who Wants a Rolls-Royce for Christmas?

December 9, 2024 By Nadeem Muaddi

The Hog Ring - Who Wants a Rolls-Royce for Christmas?

Just in time for the holiday season, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has introduced a miniature car model you can assemble using genuine Rolls-Royce materials, including leather, oak and polished aluminum.

Cameo isn’t just a DIY model car, it’s an “art piece,” the super luxury automaker said in a news release.

“The model comprises a series of individual, highly engineered pieces carefully and meticulously designed for self-assembly. Made from a number of the same materials as the marque’s full-sized motor cars, the owner can enjoy the tactile experience of assembling their very own Rolls-Royce motor car,” Rolls-Royce said.

The model makes a great holiday gift for a Rolls-Royce fan. But here’s the rub…

At $5,500, this Rolls-Royce toy costs just as much as a real used car (not a Rolls-Royce, though!).
