Want to Become a Rolls-Royce Apprentice?

February 17, 2025 By Nadeem

The Hog Ring - Want to Become a Rolls-Royce Apprentice

If you’re new to the craft of auto upholstery, consider applying for an apprenticeship with Rolls-Royce Motor Cars’ interior trim and leather workshop. It’ll provide you with the skills, experience and credibility to go far in the industry.

The luxury automaker’s 2025 program, which is full-time, paid and lasts up to four years, is based at its Goodwood facility in West Sussex, England.

This year, the company is offering Level 2 Apprenticeships in the Interior Trim Centre, Industrial Sewing and Interior Surface Centre (wood). There is also a Level 6 opportunity in the Interior Trim Centre (manufacturing engineer).

The apprenticeship program “offers successful candidates outstanding training and development opportunities, designed to match their preferred learning styles and future career aspirations,” the automaker said in a news release.

At the end of their training, apprentices may be invited to extend their time at Goodwood and study for more advanced qualifications or offered a permanent job with the company.

If you’re interested, get your application in quick because spots are limited. Deadlines vary by role, with some as soon as March 2. For more details, visit Rolls-Royce’s careers website or email futuretalent@rolls-roycemotorcars.com.
