For the latest news, sales and promotions from Electron Top, check out the March 2014 issue of their monthly newsletter “Keep in Touch!”
This month’s issue features a Toyota product warning that all auto upholstery shops should take note of:
The factory rainrails on 2004-09 Toyota Solaras are breaking and leaking during and after installations of new tops; WE advice warning your customer to avoid any liability to yourselves. WE manufacture a repair kit for the OEM rainrail that consists of the fabric section only; retail $140.00. Trimmers will need to perform sewing to attach our rainrail to the OEM plastic. The alternative is to purchase an OEM rainrail from the dealer $400.00.
Electron Top has also published a series of bow-height corrections to its catalog. Make the corrections to your book immediately to avoid future inconvenience.
Lastly, what would an issue of “Keep in Touch!” be without some food for thought? This month, Electron Top published an excerpt from a speech given by Ben Stein on CBS about the role of religion in American society.
