The Hog Ring - How to Turn Online Followers into Customers

SEMA is hosting a live webinar on how to turn online followers into actual customers. It’s a must-watch for any shop owner with an active social media presence.

“Today’s customer journey is an ongoing blend of online and offline interactions. Utilizing targeted ads and connecting with customers on a personal level are necessary to seamlessly navigate the sales process from start to finish,” SEMA writes in the webinar description.

During the event, Corey Perlman of Social Media Impact Inc. and Brand Experience Expert Katie Mares will share proven strategies for turning digital followers into lifelong customers.

They will answer questions on what brands can do to obtain testimonials and referrals that will bring in more business, maintain positive customer relationships and more.

The free event will be held on February 24, 2021 at 2 pm ET / 11 pm PT on SEMA’s Facebook page. Click here to register.
