About the Role
NC is hiring a full-time Operations Manager to help oversee and optimize daily operations. This isn’t a generic office job — it’s a hands-on leadership role at the heart of a company that keeps the upholstery, trimming and manufacturing world running.
The ideal candidate has real sewing machine experience and is ready to step into a position that blends technical knowledge, problem-solving, and team coordination.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Help manage and streamline daily operations across the business
- Oversee purchasing and procurement of sewing machine parts and supplies
- Maintain accurate inventory and organize warehouse flow
- Analyze and improve operational processes for greater efficiency
- Troubleshoot repairs and assist customers over the phone
- Support the shipping department with order processing and fulfillment
