Profit Sharing Can Help Your Shop Attract Employees

May 16, 2022 By Nadeem Muaddi

The Hog Ring - Profit Sharing Can Help Your Shop Attract Employees

SEMA is hosting a free webinar on how profit sharing can help automotive businesses attract and retain better employees, as well as build trust and increase revenue.

“Profit sharing can be a powerful tool for attracting and keeping talented employees, building a strong and healthy foundation for your business, and creating a customer-friendly environment,” SEMA says in the event description.

“In the automotive service industry where great customer service and trust are often lacking, giving employees the ability to become stakeholders can turn a good business into a great business. Find out how profit sharing can help a business improve customer service, reduce payroll, improve employee retention, build teamwork, and help a business’s overall bottom line.”

During the live presentation, Dick Erickson, Founder of Sun Tire, will share his own experience with how a well-defined and transparent profit-sharing program helped his company increase sales and profit margins. He’ll share the basics of a profit-sharing, how to get started and tips for creating a successful program.

The event will be held on May 19 at 3:30 pm ET / 12:30 pm PT. Click here to register.

Well i think that the best way to attract new employees is to give them profit. I think that if employee will feel that he will get paid, then he work harder. I do everything in order to allow the best salaries for my workers, thus i even play https://www.bingojokes.com in order to fill the budget and to pay the highest salary possible.
