The Hog Ring - Auto Upholstery Community - Kia Provo Concept 2

The Kia Provo Concept, which debuted today at the Geneva auto show, features a diamond-pleated, wave-shaped bench front seat.

While the backrests rotate towards the center for easy access to the rear cabin, the base is fixed. To adjust for driver height, both the pedal box and steering column protract and retract.

even though it looks nice,I’d rather have buckets in the front…. that hump has no function.

Well . . . I am certainly happy to see Kia experimenting with interior design, but this one is not for me. But if the designer likes it, others will too.

This old diamond-pleated design looks always nice and impressive but too common for a new concept car(IMHO).

I agree it’s good to see Kia experimenting with this diamond design. The design is always impressive but not sure it’s such a good idea for a new car concept.

Retired… It Looks More Like A Square Turned To Its Side Than A Diamond. Im Like Most, What Good Is A Bench These Days? But To Each His Own I Suppose.
